All the tuna we serve is wild-caught.Our skilled craftsmen prepare sashimi from fresh raw tuna that has never been frozen since it was caught.Feel the difference in aroma and texture from frozen versions! The assortment includes seafood delivered directly from Toyosu every morning, as well as fish caught at the fish market.We grate the fish in our store and take great care in preparing it into sashimi.You can also bring in seafood.(Please call in advance)
